Now Dakota’s younger sister has landed on the October cover of Vanity Fair to discuss her Hulu series “The Great,” in which she plays Catherine. In The Great, Elle plays a royal woman living in rural Russia during the 18th century. She becomes forced to choose between her happiness and the prospect of Russia when she marries an Emperor. Actor Nicholas Hoult plays Catherine’s husband, Peter III. Nicholas Hoult is best known for his roles in X-Men and Mad Max: Fury Road.

During her interview, Elle Fanning revealed that she is a big fan of Gwyneth Paltrow, likes to watch 90 Day Fiance, and can copy Addison Rae’s Tik Tok dances reasonably well. The blonde beauty, during her long interview, talked about how liberating it is to perform Catherine. “The real Catherine the Great was very free sexually, and people put her down for that,” she said.
