Amanda Seyfried on the Cover of Vogue Australia February 2021 Issue

Amanda Seyfried wears Miu Miu’s new collection on the cover of Vogue’s February 2021 issue. Wow! At 35, the actress is in her element: living on her farm in upstate New York with her husband, two children, and 23 animals, including a handful of stubborn goats. Amanda stars in the upcoming biopic of the Citizen Kane screenwriter Herman J Mankiewicz titled “Mank” and directed by David Fincher, which is already being described the performance of her career. “I’ve always known I’m capable of a lot of things, but I guess I never really got this type of challenge before,” Seyfried says for Vogue Australia.

Amanda Seyfried is currently the frontrunner to get a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination for the role in Mank. “I’m so happy,” she says. “I have crazy pinch-me moments because I have been working for 20 years, and I’ve changed a lot and grown a lot and got a lot of confidence. I’ve got my feet strongly planted on the ground in terms of what I want in my career and what I want in my life. Therefore when I’m walking onto David Fincher’s set in the place I’m at right now in my life, it was the perfect timing.” Amanda adds: “I don’t know if I could have played this role the way David wanted me to play it, the way I needed to play it, five or ten years ago.” The February issue of Vogue Australia is on sale Monday, February 8. Amanda Seyfried was photographed by Lachlan Bailey, styled by George Cortina, make-up by Mark Carrasquillo, and hair by Renato Campora.
