Dua Lipa at the First-Ever Virtual Ceremony of Virgin Attitude Awards 2020

The 2020 Attitude Awards has joined the list of ceremonies that had to skip a showy social event this year and instead go virtual, thanks to coronavirus. Dua Lipa got emotional when she accepted her music award and talked about how young LGBTQ and youth, in general, have struggled with their mental health throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Dua Lipa looked sensational in a revealing black dress, with a matching black manicure. Dua also wore a gold chain link necklace and chunky chain link bracelet as she stylishly pulled her long black hair back into a top bun.

Describing how there has been a registered increase in young people who have tragically taken their lives in 2020, the singer asked: “If you know someone you think is vulnerable, do not wait, help him instantly.” The “New Rules” hitmaker became emotional and had to take a moment to compose herself, apologizing before she went on: “Let us wrap our arms around the young people in this community. Soon, I do not know about you, but when we are allowed to, I cannot wait to join all of you on the dance floor.”
